this version of izaya was made by mr. sup/funky

the old version was broken and had too many emotes to be usable so i remade it
please do not try and merge portrait sprites with this version, for the love of god keep them as seperate characters. and dont try and merge the old izaya either (it will not work there is no point) :]

side note: i also made some sfx to go with it as well as custom objection bubbles/sfx. i have a copy of the sfx in the emotions folder in case they get lost, just take them out the folder and move them to base>sounds>general
